Something Special

When my teacher said that we had to write about a person, place, or thing ,I was excited. But then as I sat down and really thought about it,I became frustrated. What would i write about ? If i choose a person, who would i choose? Why?Would that person I choose be more important than someone I didn't? What place would I choose/ Why? Why would that place be so special. So, i wrote some ideas on paper. But none of them seemed good enough.
I then realized that I valued a lot of people, places, or things. But what i valued most is my best friend.I valued her because she has always been there for me. brianna has seen me at "rock bottom" and help me get from there.when I cried she did not just wipe away my tears ; she cried with me.She always knew what was wrong with me before i even said anything. she can cheer anybody up with the weird faces she makes.
The day she came into my life was one of the best. And i honestly do not know what i would do without her.So i guess the saying " Truly Good Friends are hard to find , difficult to leave, and impossible to forget is true.

One Boring Summer

One intersting thing I did over the summer? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ! Just kidding .
I did some volunteer work with my sister at a place called safety town. Basically what happens is children get taught safety rules needed for kindergarden. It was my fourth year doing it , while this was my sister's second.
Some of the classes taught at safety town included " stranger danger". In this class a teacher , ( normally a police officer) teaches the chidren what a stranger is, and what to do if a stranger tries to talk to you, etc.
Another class was Bike Safety. This class taught the children the importance of wearing proper attire when riding a bike; like a helmet, and no looose clothing.
My favorite day had to be on Wednesday's. This day was " vistor's" day. The ambulance, motercylce, as well as the fire truck people would come. This was one of my favorite day's because of all the smiles on the kid's faces.
I really like volunteering here because I get to meet cool people, and it is alot of fun.I look forward to volunteering  here next year.

My Name

According too Latin "Kayla" may be a variation of the name Kay,a Welsh name meaning "full of joy", or "rejoicing" In Hawaiian "Kayla" means crown of laurels. In Greek "Kayla" means pure. In Irish "Kayla" means pure and be loved In Hebrew "Kayla" means wise child. According to Urban dictonary "Kayla" means a beautiful female who is slightly goofy and really crazy in all areas of her life ; never forgotten and always lovable. "Kayla" can be spelled K-a-y-l-a-h,K-a-i-l-a, C-a-i-l-a,C-e-i-g-h-l-a-h, and C-e-i-l-a. The list is endless. To me Kayla is my name , no matter how it is spelled. At fifteen years old , I have faced alot of struggels. But the struggles have only made me strong as a bull.I am weird, and urban dictonary was right when they said that I am "crazy".I accept other's for who they are.My mother, and father gave me this name and I will never ever change it.I am the orginal Kayla ;no quatations needed.
